GMap Caller Support

Connect the extension

1. Install and pin GMap Caller from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Sign in to your GMap Caller account.
3. Open Search while signed in. Choose Reconnect to attach Maps tabs you already have open, or Find new businesses to start a new search.
4. Search, scroll, and open business listings as usual. New Maps tabs stay connected for up to 12 hours.

If a business will not load

1. Close and reopen that business listing in Google Maps.
2. Click the GMap Caller phone button beside the exact listing.
3. If the connection expired, open GMap Caller while signed in and choose Reconnect. Open Maps tabs attach again without a new search.
4. After an extension update, open chrome://extensions and choose Reload.

What to send us

Include your extension version, Chrome version, the page or step where the problem occurred, and the exact error message. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or complete call transcripts unless our support team specifically requests them through a secure method.
