GMap Caller Support

Get help connecting Google Maps, saving businesses, viewing call history, or using manual and AI calling.

Connect the extension

  1. Install and pin GMap Caller from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Sign in to your GMap Caller account.
  3. Open Search and choose Find new businesses.
  4. Use the new Google Maps tab that opens. Search, scroll, and open business listings as usual.

If a business will not load

  1. Close and reopen that business listing in Google Maps.
  2. Click the GMap Caller phone button beside the exact listing.
  3. If the connection expired, reopen GMap Caller while signed in, then refresh or reopen Google Maps.
  4. After an extension update, open chrome://extensions and choose Reload.

What to send us

Include your extension version, Chrome version, the page or step where the problem occurred, and the exact error message. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or complete call transcripts unless our support team specifically requests them through a secure method.
