GMap Caller Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated September 13, 2026

This policy explains how GMap Caller handles information through the GMap Caller website, calling service, and GMap Caller Capture Chrome extension.

Information we handle

When you create or use a GMap Caller account, we handle account information such as your name, email address, authentication records, settings, subscription status, verified phone numbers, campaigns, notes, and support communications.

The GMap Caller Capture extension operates during Google Maps or Google Search sessions you load while your signed-in GMap Caller connection is active. It reads the Maps pages and business-listing responses you load and sends the search query or URL and public business details to your GMap Caller account. These details can include a business name, phone number, address, website, category, rating, review count, hours, coordinates, and Google Maps identifier.

To show your workflow inside Maps, the extension receives account-scoped CRM status, campaign membership and choices, and recent manual or AI call records. Call records may include timestamps, status, duration, summaries, transcripts, recordings, notes, and outcomes when those features are enabled.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate your account, save and match business records, display your CRM and calling history, run the calls and campaigns you request, support live transfer and testing, provide billing and transactional messages, prevent abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.

The extension does not monitor unrelated websites, perform background Maps searches, sell personal information, or use data for personalized advertising. Manual and immediate AI calls require a user action. A business added to an active campaign follows that campaign's configured calling rules.

Extension storage and permissions

The extension uses Chrome storage for settings, the connected GMap Caller account identifier, short-lived scoped connection credentials, capture progress, saved business identifiers, and a bounded phone-to-place mapping used to keep exact business matches when Maps refreshes its interface. A legacy manual ingest key may be stored if you choose that advanced connection method.

Access to google.com is used only to read the business listings and Maps responses you load and to place GMap Caller controls beside matching records. Access to gmapcaller.com is used to connect your signed-in account, send captured business records, retrieve account-scoped status and history, and perform actions you select. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate GMap Caller, including providers for hosting, authentication and database services, calling and messaging, speech and AI processing, payment processing, and transactional email. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Render, Stripe, and Mailgun. They receive information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may disclose information when you direct us to, when required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell extension or account data.

Retention, deletion, and security

We keep account and service data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention can vary by record type and provider. You may request deletion of your account data through your account controls or by contacting us. Some records may remain when law, security, billing, or suppression obligations require them.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can disconnect the extension by signing out, removing its stored connection, or uninstalling it. You can review and change campaign, calling, and account settings in GMap Caller. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

GMap Caller is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes and will post the revised date here.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

GMap Caller's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
